Before sending a report

Check documentation for installation, audio and permission problems. If you need help, explain what you tried, what happened and when. Include the command name and visible message; avoid complete configuration files.

Privacy and content

You can also request a data correction or deletion, or report a post that infringes rights. Identify the specific URL, explain the reason and your relationship to the material. Reporting does not imply automatic removal: the team must review the request.

Open the support form using the button on this page. It does not require sign-in; it asks for your Discord username, reply email, category and message. You may attach one permitted file up to 5 MB. Hide other people's personal information before attaching screenshots.

Never send passwords, bot tokens, cookies, verification codes or full payment card details. Submitting the form needs JavaScript. If it does not work, check News and try again; we do not promise immediate assistance or a fixed resolution time.
